  • Participants at the workshop would learn various techniques in Nanotechnology research
  • The Conference would expose participants to current trends in nanotechnology research; where and how to infuse nanotechnology in their research activities
  • Networking with established researchers in the area of nanotechnology for collaboration
  • Postgraduate and early career scholars would be tutored on access to grants and fellowships
  • Some of the quality papers presented at the conference would be published
  • LAUTECH-NASRDA NANO 2022 was a success story with the participation of the Honourable Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Personnel of the Nigerian Armed Forces and attendance of about 210 participants from around sixty (60) institutions and agencies from Nigeria, South Africa, India, Tunisia, India, Malaysia, and Cameroon.
  • Offer by National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) and Federal Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation to co-host the 2023 conference in Abuja.
  • Creation of ‘Nano Stand’ where posters, publications, photo album and products depicting activities of the Group were displayed.
  •  Seventy-three abstracts of papers that were presented at the conference have been published in Nano Plus: Science and Technology of Nanomaterials (https://doi.org/10.48187/stnanomat.2022.5.001).
